Get ready, writers! This year, the Bell has created its first Creative Writing Column, which will publish student work every week. All kinds of creative writing are welcome; poetry, short stories, screen plays, and more!

To submit work, simply create a Google Document with your piece and your name, no pseudonyms per school policy, and send it to cynthia.maroney@sstx.org. Then members of the Bell will read your work and consider it for publication. This column is not a contest; we hope to publish as much student work as possible, but we at the Bell have the right to control what works get published and when they will be put up on the site. Our hope is that this column will give students the ability to put their work online in a safe and supportive environment, and allow Spartans to see just how much talent our school possesses! We’re excited to offer this opportunity to the Spartan community!
