Spring into Fashion!
A celebration of the new season’s many outfits.
In continuation of The Bell‘s Fashion Lookbook series, we have another round of well-dressed students to show off. Click through the gallery below to see and read about the outfits of the season.
Lee Fardal (9th grade) and Riddhima Singh (10th grade) match with their white, breathy fabrics (and their converse!). This type of fabric is a spring staple, and it’s perfect for warm weather! Lee’s shirt and its lace flower patterns add a vintage touch to his otherwise grunge look. Classic vintage and grunge come from two very different eras, but Lee made it work! Meanwhile, Riddhima’s dress embraces the cottagecore aesthetic, which started in opposition to the rising presence of screens in our daily lives. The dress’ tie and ruffles at the bust, puffed sleeves, and sleeve ribbons emulate aspects of traditional rural europeanwear that the cottagecore aesthetic pulls from.
