When you go you have to try the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, a favorite of sophomore Coco Kim’s.
Another popular place is Jeffery’s, which Nadine Benson and Henry Presnell love especially because of its outstanding steak and calm, classy night setting.
Many of these restaurants hold personal memories. For example, Coco Kim recalls that the first time her and her family were in Austin they went to Pearlas for Mothers Day and along with the food, once again, being excellent, the decorations and atmosphere were so pretty and welcoming with the massive oak trees adorned with string light providing so much detail. Adding on, Dasher Halloran and his family used to bike to Clarks once a week and that has now become a nostalgic location with many fond memories for him. Dasher, along with many others, also enjoys stopping by Ski Shores either for a quick bite after being out all day on the lake or for a nice sit down dinner as he used to go there many times as a kid and recommends it as a great place to go to with friends.
